Minor Eye Problems?
COVID-19
Please note that during the COVID-19 outbreak, consultations will be undertaken by video or telephone in the first instance. If you have a recent problem with your eyes – such as sore eyes, red eyes or visual disturbance – and you are registered with a GP practice in Central London CCG (London Borough of Westminster except Queens Park and Paddington), please PHONE one of the local Opticians listed below, for an initial assessment and appointment.

Pathways in Westminster & the Tri-borough
Currently all referrals in Westminster should be made through the Single Point of Referral system or Opera system, this is regardless of whether or not you offer enhanced services.
For the rest of the tri-brough all referrals should be made via the GP.
For cases of Wet AMD, practitioners should contact Western Eye Hospital either via telephone or email (See Emergency Eye Casualties below for details)
Please note: There is no Macula Clinic at Charring Cross so do not refer emergencies. There is no Emergency department at Chelsea & Westminster.
